Hertz Development Program
We know the future success of Hertz is dependent on the next generation of graduates who are passionate, bring diverse perspectives, & boundless talent & focus to Hertz. That’s why we create opportunities for today’s new graduates to become tomorrow’s leaders. The robust rotational program is 18-24 months & is designed to provide you with a broad foundation and understanding of your core functional area through day-to-day responsibilities, special projects & both online & classroom training.
College Internships
Hertz’s Summer Internship programs are designed to give talented, senior undergraduates, or MBA’s hands-on experience in the travel industry. We offer opportunities across many functional areas including; marketing, finance, fleet, revenue management, hr, communications, it, field operations and more At the end of the summer you’ll be asked to present your experience to the executive leadership team. You’ll also get to experience the Hertz culture & more during your summer internship.
